Combining hands on treatment with exercise, dry needling, breathing exercises and lifestyle advice to help you recover from injury and find flow and ease with movement.

A sensation-based coaching style that centres around the body. This will help you move from a place of stress and overwhelm to develop a healthy relationship with your body and yourself. Available as multiple 1:1 sessions, or as part of the I Am Home program.

My Story

I began my career as a physiotherapist in 2010 and have worked in private practices supporting people to gain understanding of how to get their physical bodies functioning optimally and move with ease.  Over the course of my carer I became disheartened by the lack of integration and awareness around how our thoughts, emotional states, beliefs, cultural and familial expectations play out in our physical bodies. In 2022 I started my own practice including Physiotherapy and Embodiment Coaching, with the aim of creating a space where people could get support with their physical issues as well as an understanding of how our emotional wellbeing plays out in the body. In this space we work together to integrate both the emotional and physical bodies for a holistic approach to healing.
